As owners, we work tirelessly to provide luxurious and exceptional care for all of our clients. It is for that reason that all of our doulas are highly vetted and screened to ensure a high standard and elite quality of care. It is our mission to elevate the role of the birth and postpartum doula. We do this by combining compassionate client care with unwavering professionalism. These are standards that we expect all of our doulas to uphold while bringing their own unique experience, education, and passion to client work. Please note that we are specifically seeking professionally trained and/or certified doulas or newborn care specialists with experience working in the field. While newer doulas are welcome to apply, there are limited spots available for new doulas seeking mentoring and guidance. Wherever you’re at in your journey, we hope to hear from you!

Doulas of Orange County is a subsidiary of National Baby Co., LLC. All members of our team join as an independent contractor of National Baby Co.

Trained through a professional Doula/NCS organization.
Prior Experience as a birth or postpartum doula (minimum of 10 clients)
Flexible schedule, reliable transportation, working cell phone and childcare access (if applicable)
Excellent communication skills
Hold current certification in Child & Infant CPR and Pediatric First Aid by Red Cross or AHA
Hold liability insurance
Have a EIN tax ID or DBA for your Doula/NCS business
