Jennifer is a Postpartum Doula who brings a balanced and compassionate approach to helping parents navigate the challenges and joys of raising little ones. She believes that education is key to finding the right support and being successful in one’s parenting goals. Jennifer is passionate about investing in the health and emotional well-being of mothers and babies and is committed to helping parents learn how to be an advocate for themselves and their child. In addition to being a Postpartum Doula, Jen is an IBCLC and has extensive experience as a postpartum nurse at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center. She has also served the community through La Leche League. As an IBCLC, Jen has a broadminded approach to childbirth and breastfeeding, and the process through which each individual derives their own unique experience. Jennifer plans to continue working with families and practitioners in pursuit of her goals to promote, protect and support breastfeeding and lactation world-wide. She hopes that her work will make a positive global impact on postpartum outcomes and lactation policies.
Jennifer lives in Long Beach with her husband of 20 years and 3 kiddos. When she’s not working she loves gardening, loving on her pets, going to concerts and enjoys her pilates & spin classes.
