Meredith Bowling is a Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula and Childbirth Educator. She was led to the path of prenatal and birth support after the birth of her daughters. She felt called to teach others about the importance of educating themselves about childbirth. In her connections formed with families in her Bradley Method childbirth education series, her career naturally led her to be a Birth Doula as she wanted to continue her support during labor. Her passion about birth is tangible and her level of knowledge is always growing.
Meredith is trained as both a Bradley Method childbirth eduction and an Evidence Based Birth Instructor. As a doula, she is dedicated, calming, empathetic, inspirational and detail oriented. She strives to help families understand their options, provided evidence based care, reassure them throughout each stage, utilize affirmations and help bridge communication with care providers. Meredith has experience with a variety of birth and postpartum situations. She provides both daytime and overnight care for mothers welcoming their baby home and loves to offer a continuum of care with childbirth education, birth support and in home postpartum care.
Meredith resides in sunny So Cal with her partner and two children. In her spare time she enjoys reading, expanding her knowledge and quality time with friends and family.
