In this yoga workshop for women, we’ll delve deeper into the role the pelvic floor plays in our daily lives, moving beyond Kegels as a “one size fits all” pelvic floor strengthening solution. Focusing on breath and posture, we’ll do poses and exercises that support a healthy pelvic floor.
All levels welcome! Pre and Postnatal women welcome as well as any woman who is interested in learning more about the benefits of a pelvic floor yoga practice.
A great workshop for women who:
· Suffer from incontinence
· Have given birth
· Deal with prolapse
· Experience discomfort in the pelvis during intercourse or menstruation
· Have gone through menopause or who are going through menopause
· Want to learn more about the pelvic floor and the benefits of a pelvic floor yoga practice.

About the Instructor:Jenni Brandon is an award‐winning composer, conductor, as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher (E‐RYT 500) and a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) through Yoga Alliance. Jenni is passionate about supporting women’s health and is also a certified Pelvic Floor Yoga Teacher, studying pelvic floor yoga with Leslie Howard.
