Balance After Baby - Postpartum Support Group

  • Doulas of Orange County 17985 Sky Park Circle Suite A Irvine, CA, 92614 United States (map)

Balance After Baby is a postpartum support circle facilitated by therapist Lauren Deliberato, MA, PCCI in conjunction with Doulas of Orange County's WellMama series.

Sometimes motherhood brings moments of just surviving and once the fog lifts, you have a lot to process! Our intention in offering this monthly postpartum support group is to provide a place that moms can come to talk, process, write, unload and encourage. You are not alone. Motherhood is meant to be done with an entire circle of other moms around you. To keep topics relevant and relatable, the group is geared towards moms of young children, aged 0-5 years. This gathering is suitable for women that may be experiencing feelings of baby blues, postpartum depression, anxiety or simply just need a safe space to process of the emotions and transitions that motherhood brings.
