Elizabeth is a yoga instructor who is passionate about supporting women through the transition to motherhood. She believes that ‘mama’s know best,’ and it is her hope to help women deepen their own intuition through a yoga practice. She focuses her yoga teaching on helping mamas connect with themselves, finding new strength in their relationships with their bodies, their babies, and their communities.
Elizabeth knows first hand how yoga can help during this time. Prenatal yoga saved her both during and after her two pregnancies. She started teaching in 2014 and immediately began offering classes to postpartum mamas. She is a 200 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) which she completed through YogaWokrs and 85 RYPT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher) through Ma Yoga.
When Elizabeth is not teaching, she’s busy adventuring with her two little co-pilots (and partner), making mini-disasters in the kitchen, and playing in the sea. She dreams of more yoga for everyone, more sleep for everyone, and more chocolate for everyone.
